COWS CREAMERY Extra Old Cheddar

Cheese lovers rejoice!  COWS CREAMERY Extra Old Cheddar is an all natural cheese that is aged for one year.  The recipe has its roots from the Orkney Islands of Scotland and was awarded first place at the 2009 Canadian Cheese Grand Prix. The cheese has a smooth, firm texture with rich full bodied flavours. Find our cheese at local COWS stores and Farmers Markets.
