The Inn grows everything it serves and cooks exclusively over live fire. Our menu is created daily from our own organic farm, herb garden and a roster of Prince Edward Island farmers, fisherfolk, foragers and culinary artisans. At 5pm join our farmer for a one-hour guided tour and tasting of our farm and gardens. At 6pm Oyster hour begins; an edible exploration of our outdoor fire pits, Oyster Bar and Smokehouse. At 7pm the FireWorks Feast is served family-style at long butcher-block tables overlooking beautiful Bay Fortune.
