Out of the Sea and Over the Coals has been in operation for more than 20 years, bringing the sizzling taste of seafood from the barbeque to thousands of people, visitors and Islanders. The program is operated by two summer students attending fairs, exhibitions, national and provincial parks, Tourism PEI Visitor Information Centres, campgrounds, and other tourist areas in the province. Check out a seafood barbecue demonstration at an upcoming festival or event near you:
- learn how to barbecue fish and shellfish
- taste free samples
- collect free recipes
