Seaweed Secrets (Corkinview Beach House)

For generations, the Gillis family has collected and sold Irish moss they’ve raked from the shore around Point Prim.  Luckily, they’re now willing to share this experience with you.  Gilbert Gillis will show you how he’s raked Irish moss since he was a boy.  Later, you’ll help Goldie Gillis prepare a delicious seaweed pie paired with her soup & biscuit specialties!
