Digging for Dinner
The tide is out. A spade in one hand and a bucket in the other. That’s pretty much all you need to go “clamming” on PEI. We’ll show you have to spot the tell-tale holes and how to dig them. We’ll cook up your clams while you pick up some bread, cheese and wine nearby and make a feast of it!
