Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar

Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar is made from rich, high quality milk of Island cows.  Each wheel is bandaged wrapped in a traditional method and is aged for at least one year.  This cheese has won several honors at the American Cheese Society Awards.  You can find it at COWS stores and Farmer’s Markets on PEI.  To learn more about the production process, visit COWS CREAMERY Factory Tours.
