Our chefs create our menu daily with ingredients from our own organic farm, herb garden and from a roster of Prince Edward Island farmers, fisherfolk, foragers and culinary artisans. At 6pm Oyster hours begins; an interactive exploration of our grounds, gardens and flavours. At 7pm the Feast is served family-style at long butcher-block tables overlooking beautiful Bay Fortune. The meal is 100% prepared with live fire and includes freshly-baked wood-oven bread, local seafood chowder, the days catch, organic salad, wood-roasted meats, vegetables, dessert and campire marshmallows!
